Privacy at EMME Influence.

EMME Influence handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This page sets out what EMME Influence collects, why, and where the information is kept.

What EMME Influence collects

A first name and email address when a visitor joins the EMME Influence list, sends an enquiry or requests a free tool. The buyer's name, email and order details when a release, workshop seat or coaching session is purchased. For coaching, the chosen session time and any note the buyer adds about the session.

Payments

Square processes every payment on emmeinfluence.com. Card details go directly to Square and never reach EMME Influence.

Where the information is kept

Email subscribers and buyers are kept in MailerLite, which sends the purchase delivery and the EMME Influence emails. Coaching bookings are stored on Cloudflare, which runs emmeinfluence.com, and in Melanie Laas's Google Calendar, which sends the Google Meet invitation. EMME Influence connects to Google Calendar only to read busy times and to create the booked session.

Advertising measurement

emmeinfluence.com uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure which advertising leads to a purchase, and a cookie-free counter to count page visits.

Choices

Every EMME Influence email carries an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the personal information EMME Influence holds, write to hello@emmeinfluence.com and Melanie replies within five business days.
